Wedding Venue Rental Pricing

We offer one all-inclusive wedding barn rental package. Pricing varies based on the day of the week:

Sunday–Thursday Night Weddings: $2,500
Friday & Saturday Night Weddings: $3,000

What’s included:

Access to the venue:

Set up the night before the event — $500 FREE
Tear down the morning after the event — $500 FREE

  • Setup & Cleanup Support

    • Assistance with initial barn setup — share your layout plans at least 2 weeks in advance, and our team will set up tables and chairs to your specifications.

    • Full post-event cleanup — we will handle all cleaning inside the barn and kitchen, including complete trash removal.

  • Included Seating & Décor

    • 12 large round tables

    • 5 six-foot tables

    • 2 small round tables

    • 12 walnut-stained pews

    • Chair covers for up to 100 seats (white or black)

    • Lighted birch trees available upon request

    • 20 lighted indoor trees for ambiance

    • An assortment of wedding table décor (based on availability)

    • Microphone and sound system for the event center with Bluetooth capability

    • Access to the serving kitchen

    • Ice machine

    • Refrigerator

    • Freezer

    • Please note: table covers are not provided.

  • Bridal Party Amenities

    • Bridesmaid setup: full-length mirrors and lighted makeup mirrors provided wherever the bridal party is getting ready.
      (Usually this would be in the cottage on the waterfall.)

  • On-Site Support

    • Two team members on-site during your event (arriving 1 hour prior and staying for 3 hours) to assist with last-minute needs.

Full Property Wedding Access:

If you would like to get married by the waterfall, in the creek, or have your ceremony surrounded by trees,
you are absolutely welcome to use the property that way.

There is one condition: if your ceremony location affects access near any cabins, those cabins must be rented by you or someone in your wedding party. This helps us avoid outside guests walking into your event and ensures everyone’s privacy.

Full Weekend Property Rental

If you want the entire venue to yourselves for the whole wedding weekend, this is the ultimate experience. Invite your closest family and friends to stay on the property, celebrate together, and enjoy the full beauty of the venue without restrictions.

Weekend Access

(Friday 3:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 AM)

  • All cabins included

  • Full access to the Wedding Barn

  • Ceremony location anywhere on the property

  • No noise restrictions — celebrate freely

Because this option includes every cabin on the property, it does require advance planning to reserve all lodging spaces. We recommend booking early to secure your dates.

Weekday Full Property Rental

If you’re planning a weekday wedding, you can book the full property at a lower rate.

$5,500 — Sunday through Thursday

  • Full access to the Wedding Barn

  • Ceremony location anywhere on the property

  • No noise restrictions — celebrate freely

Booking & Deposit Details

  • Bookings are open for both 2026 and 2027 weddings.

  • Deposit: 50% of your selected package price to lock in your date and current rates.

  • Refundable up to 6 months before your event.

  • Couples who book now will still enjoy the renovated barn once it’s complete — even if they booked at today’s lower rate!
